Dbloc reserves the right to engage one or more subcontractors to carry out part or all of the sewer unclogging services. In any case, Dbloc remains the sole point of contact for the Client and retains full responsibility for the proper performance of the services, in compliance with deadlines, safety standards, and applicable regulations. The use of subcontractors does not alter the Company’s contractual obligations to the Client in any way. The Client expressly agrees to this possibility of subcontracting.
